When we discuss "how to meet women" and "men and relationships", the very first conversation with a girl is an area I frequently get questions about. In my opinion, I will certainly not ask a woman about her dating state. It shows a lack of confidence to do so. However, I follow signals and flirt a little to observe how they react. If a woman is really serious about you she will flirt back and give you some signals that she wants to see you once again. She will suggest doing something or meeting or talking or getting together. She will make a point of how she simply enjoyed conversing with you, at which stage, you could say that you should talk again or some more and ask for her phone number.
If you are very observant you can figure out very quickly if a woman is flirting with you or if she is just being polite. Now if she is serious about you, and you show confidence enough to not ask if she is seeing someone, you will often score a few points with her.
